Insurance does not cover all procedures. It is highly encouraged that you research and understand your policy and coverage terms.

Ultimately, you are responsible for services rendered. We are happy to file insurance for PPO plans above (no discount plans, no Medicare, no Medicaid, and no Medical Insurance will be filed).

We also accept patients who would prefer to self pay (CREDIT, DEBIT, CASH, CHECK) and CareCredit card carriers! :)
